Sponsor Pledge Sheet.
Ultimate Athletic Equipment asking for your support and financial contribution to the Combine and
Fitness Challenge, we feel is of tremendous importance.
This opportunity has specific participation requirement of 100 athletes for combine participants.
Normally a fee for attending such a combine begins around $150. Associates of the u agreed
with “Recruit” to profile our areas athletes that attend the combine at a reduced rate of $45.
Committed sponsors in prospective areas may donate to support any school or athletes.
The Ultimate Athletic Equipment will contact each participating school and make them aware that
a corporate sponsor is assisting at least 10 students at their school, to be selected by the head
football coach.
A Corporate sponsorship $000.00 pays for:
• 10 High School Athletes combine registration
• Your companies logo will be placed on event Tee-Shirts
• Announced on Radio
• Your company’s name will be announced at the event periodically.
Any Donation or sponsorship amount will be greatly appreciated and will go to support the event
Fitness Challenge.
Funds will be used for the Following:
1. Trophy’s / Awards
2. Tee-Shirts
3. Administration / Insurance
4. Food & Beverages
